We don’t go to the church, we are the church and we believe the church functions best when everyone plays their part.

Pattern Teams are involved in every aspect of church including Crosslight Debt Advice, worship team, kids, hosting and welcoming newcomers on a Sunday. Our teams provide an opportunity for everyone to use their gifts to make Pattern Church a place where people encounter God and find community. You can be a part of making that happen!

We have teams that serve on Sundays - hosting, kids, youth, worship and production

We have teams that serve on Wednesdays - alpha, youth, Growbaby, and also midweek like Crosslight and The Table

And we have teams who serve ad hoc - building, gardening, office admin, events, Safe Families

Our hope is that when you become part of one of our teams you will feel connected into the life and vision of the church, as well as feeling enriched and encouraged in your own faith. It is also a great way to get to know people.
